I'm a documentary and commercial director/cinematographer available on a freelance basis. I also produce projects through my production company, Daedalum Films (daedalumfilms.com). My work has appeared on the BBC, Discovery, Dragon TV, ESPN, International Channel Shanghai, iQiyi, National Geographic, The Olympic Channel, Tencent, and in festivals around the world. I've worked with a long list of global clients over 20 years, including Toyota, Netflix, WNBA, NBA, NFL, Yves Saint Laurent, LEGO, Disney, Alibaba, Ferrari, Heineken, Barbie, Dove, Miss Universe. I also produce my own independent films, including the award-winning dark comedy short This Will End Badly (thiswillendbadly.com), the viral micro-series ORO (oro-series.com), and the forthcoming Mother of Buffalo (motherofbuffalo.com). Originally from Mexico, I was raised in Dallas through high school, and was based in China from 2002-2022. I am currently based in Dallas.
