Exhibitor Opportunities
Vendor Booth
Includes one 8’ table with skirt, two chairs, one wastebasket, and a sign with your company’s name. All booths are pipe and drape and are located inside the main hall. Booth locations are assigned on a first pay, first serve basis and multiple booths may be purchased. Two meal coupons for the on‐site caterer are also included. Electricity is included. There will be a power strip shared by up to four booths and on a shared circuit. Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.
Seminar Time
There are limited spots available! The seminar room is just off the main hall. Each seminar spot comes with audio and projection support, signage throughout the venue, and verbal announcements in the show leading up to your time slot.
Outside Booth
Perfect for a production truck, vehicle, or pyrotechnics. We section off a large part of the parking lot immediately in front of the convention center. This is the only place attendees will enter and exit. It is a great location for production vehicles and incredibly accessible!

Supporting Sponsor
Receive shared second billing on all signage and marketing materials, including one side of the event bag. Includes one booth space with a priority location. Includes one seminar time slot. Receive event attendee information (e‐mails, etc.). Logo will remain visible on the TPE website and DPA website for 1 year. Sponsor will be verbally acknowledged at all regular DPA meetings for 1 year.
Event Bag Sponsor
Add your company logo to the TPE bags. Quality printed bags are distributed to the first 500 attendees at the entrance.

Event Bag Insert
